RCCADV works to eliminate domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking by ensuring prompt delivery of services which enhance the safety of victims and minimize the risk of continued exposure to violence. We believe that every person deserves a healthy, loving relationship and family and that no one deserves to be sexually exploited, raped, used or harassed.
In order to achieve our mission, the staff, volunteer advocates and board of directors implement strategies which embody the following core values.
